The Blast blockchain has climbed to the sixth position among major players in the DeFi assets sector, attracting increased attention from developers and users alike. Its total value locked (TVL) has exceeded $1.9 billion, trailing behind Ethereum, Tron, Solana, BNB Chain, and Arbitrum.

According to its website, Blast claims to have accumulated over 1.7 million users and a TVL of $2.7 billion, although the accuracy of these figures remains uncertain.

In terms of TVL, Blast has surpassed Avalanche, Coinbase's Base, Polygon, Sui, Cardano, and Algorand. Avalanche holds over $1.49 billion in assets, while Base stands at $1.76 billion, and Cardano reaches $390 million.

Notably, despite Avalanche and Cardano having high-value tokens, Blast's stablecoin assets have exceeded $406 million, a significant milestone.

The Blast ecosystem is experiencing rapid growth, with Juice Finance and Thruster amassing over $517 million and $511 million in assets, respectively. Additionally, prominent players like Hyperlock Finance, Renzo, Ring Protocol, Particle, and Orbit Protocol have collectively gathered more than $100 million in assets.

As an Ethereum layer 2 network, Blast supports Paradigm and Standard Crypto, distinguishing itself from networks like Polygon and Optimism by offering traditional yields for Ether and stablecoins such as Tether (USDT) and USD Coin.
