BNB Chain, a leading community-driven blockchain ecosystem, and Binance Labs, the venture capital and incubation arm of Binance, have announced the launch of the BNB Incubation Alliance (BIA). This initiative is designed to foster the growth of early-stage blockchain projects, providing them with resources and opportunities to advance their Web3 journey.

The BNB Incubation Alliance will collaborate with industry venture capitalists, incubators, and developer communities to host a series of global events aimed at identifying and supporting promising blockchain projects. Participants in these events will have the opportunity to gain direct admission to the BNB Chain Most Valuable Builder (MVB) program, receive BNB Chain grants, and potentially secure investments from Binance Labs. Additionally, they will have access to the Launch-as-a-Service (LaaS) package, which offers infrastructure, security, treasury management, business growth, and marketing support, including free services worth up to $300,000.

The alliance will host events in various locations, including Brussels, Belgium during EthCC 2024; Nashville, USA during Bitcoin 2024; Singapore during Token 2049; Dubai, UAE during Binance Blockchain Week; and Bangkok, Thailand during DevCon and ETHGlobal. These events will feature keynote addresses, Q&A sessions, presentations, demos, and networking opportunities. Winning projects will be awarded and fast-tracked into the BNB Chain MVB Program, bypassing the usual screening process and gaining direct access to strategic partnerships, industry collaboration, advisory support, and other resources.

During MVB Season 7, 13 early-stage Web3 projects were selected from over 700 applicants for a 10-week accelerator program. This program provided expert-led sessions, mentorship, and concluded with a Demo Day where Binance Labs evaluated projects for potential investment.

The BNB Chain Core Development Team emphasized the alliance's goal of equipping emerging talent with the tools, network, and knowledge needed to succeed in the Web3 space. Yi He, Head of Binance Labs, reiterated Binance Labs’ commitment to nurturing the next generation of blockchain talent through this initiative.

BNB Chain, comprising BNB Smart Chain (BSC), opBNB, and BNB Greenfield, aims to remove barriers to Web3 adoption by offering a secure DeFi hub, scalability solutions, and decentralized storage. The ecosystem prioritizes security through the AvengerDAO community and the Red Alarm risk-scanner for Dapps, and provides various rewards through its Builder Support Program.

Binance Labs, valued at over $10 billion, has a portfolio of 250 projects from over 25 countries, achieving a return on investment rate of over 14X. Fifty of these projects have gone through Binance Labs’ incubation programs.
