Bossan, who had previously put her filmmaking dreams on hold, found new inspiration in AI technology, saying it "revitalized my faded dream of becoming a filmmaker." Lockamy, also a stay-at-home mother, discovered AI art and was immediately drawn to its creative possibilities. Together, they exemplify the vast potential of AI to democratize the film industry.

According to AI Film Academy co-founder Leo Crane, Bossan and Lockamy represent a significant sector of the global population that has been excluded from the fast-paced and competitive film industry. "We're trying to prove that emerging technology opens up the field on a global scale," Crane said. By providing a platform for creators like Ethereal Moon, the AI Film Academy aims to break down barriers and empower a new generation of filmmakers.
