Olympian and media personality Caitlyn Jenner's X account has been promoting a new memecoin named after her, launched via the token launchpad Pump.fun. Social media is debating whether Jenner’s account has been hacked.

On Sunday afternoon, Jenner’s X handle tweeted a link to the meme token, stating, "Let’s all win together!! Send me some of your favorite memecoins here.” The account has repeatedly asserted it wasn’t hacked, including in a Twitter Space session where Jenner’s account and a purported manager's account responded to inquiries, despite Jenner’s account stating, "I am out golfing."

A follow-up video from Jenner’s account insisted it was genuine, but many users doubted the authenticity, suspecting the video might be deepfaked. Further videos featuring Jenner and her manager, Sophia Hutchinson, continued to affirm the account was not hacked.

Earlier on Sunday, American rapper Rich the Kid’s X account posted similar tweets, which were later removed. An X user noted that the Jenner and Rich the Kid tokens were connected and managed by the same wallet.

On Polymarket’s prediction platform, only 7% of users believe Jenner’s X account was hacked. Meanwhile, Jenner's Instagram account also promoted the meme token link from Pump.fun.

The first tweet promoting the memecoin included a picture of Jenner with former President Donald Trump, who has recently declared strong support for crypto. Jenner’s account has been reposting tweets supporting Trump’s stance on crypto alongside its memecoin promotions.

Currently, the Jenner memecoin has a market cap of around $30 million, according to DEX Screener. Both Jenner and her spokesperson have not responded to The Block’s request for comments.
