Polyhedra Network and Google Cloud have joined forces to enhance the adoption of Zero-Knowledge (ZK) technologies in both Web3 and Web2. Polyhedra, the developer of the ZK interoperability solution zkBridge, recently secured a $20 million funding round at a whopping valuation of $1 billion. Google Cloud's foray into the blockchain sector is evident through strategic partnerships.

Polyhedra Network, renowned for its zkBridge ZK interoperability platform, is partnering with Google Cloud to promote the use of ZK technologies in Web3 and Web2 realms. Through Google Cloud's assistance, Polyhedra's Proof Cloud service will be made available to a wider user base, providing developers with cloud-based access to scale ZK proofs.

The collaboration aims to enhance the ZK-as-a-service sector, enabling Polyhedra users to benefit from Google Cloud's advanced infrastructure, leading to improved performance and reliability. Through Google Cloud services like Google Kubernetes Engine, Hyperdisk, Vertex AI, and Blockchain Node Engine, Polyhedra aims to optimize its ZK products for widespread accessibility.

Polyhedra's Chief Strategy Officer, Eric Vreeland, emphasized that integrating with Google Cloud is pivotal in making zero-knowledge proof services more inclusive. He highlighted that ZK proofs offer a groundbreaking solution to data validity and scalable computation challenges, propelling Polyhedra's expansion in the Web3 sector.

Google Cloud's Head of APAC Web3, Rishi Ramchandani, pledged the company's commitment to supporting Web3's growth by providing developers with secure and scalable technology for innovative applications. The infrastructure from Google Cloud will elevate Polyhedra's ZK products and attract more Web2 users towards Web3.

In a notable move, Polyhedra Network recently closed a significant $20 million funding round, catapulting its valuation to $1 billion. Leading the funding round was venture capital firm Polychain Capital, with prominent investors like Animoca Brands, Hashkey Capital, Emirates Consortium, Mapleblock Capital, UoB Ventures, and Longhash Ventures also contributing. Polyhedra's ZK-proofs infrastructure has shown growth, with its zkBridge interoperability solution now spanning over 25 blockchains.
