The COTI Foundation has unveiled an Ecosystem Growth Fund, contributing 400 million COTI tokens valued at around $25 million. This fund aims to support initiatives fostering the growth and efficiency of the COTI ecosystem.

COTI has been striving to develop a privacy-oriented Ethereum L2 solution, a goal that includes establishing the COTI Foundation as a key component in transitioning the current framework to a new solution.

The COTI Ecosystem Fund, dedicated to advancing the adoption and development of COTI V2, will collaborate with entrepreneurs and developers on research initiatives and the development of services within the ecosystem.

Shahaf Bar-Geffen, CEO of COTI, views the Ecosystem Fund as a significant step toward evolving COTI into a privacy-focused Ethereum L2. The funds will support ecosystem application development, COTI V2 adoption, and the establishment of new business partnerships.

Soda Labs, a leader in cryptographic Multi-Party Computation (MPC), is the first recipient of this investment. They will research new applications for garbling protocols to enhance COTI users' access to a private network that can scale with their needs.

Dr. Avishay Yanai and Dr. Meital Levy, founders of Soda Labs, have long focused on twisted circuits within secure MPC. With support from the COTI Foundation, they aim to continue developing privacy tools essential for the next iteration of Web3.

With funding from the COTI Foundation, COTI is transitioning to Ethereum L2, emphasizing privacy through twisted circuits. Their primary goal is to develop an application ensuring confidential transactions for users while adhering to regulatory standards.

COTI plans to unveil further initiatives and establish additional partnerships in the coming months, along with implementing a developer grant program.
