Caitlin Long, the CEO of Custodia Bank, has made some bold predictions and statements regarding the future of Bitcoin and the ongoing legal battle between her company and the Federal Reserve.

In a discussion with lawyer James Murphy on CryptoLawTV, Long and Custodia's Appeals Attorney, Michelle Kallen, addressed the recent developments in Custodia's lawsuit against the Federal Reserve Board. Long claims that the Fed and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) have unjustifiably denied Custodia's request for a master account, despite the bank being a Wyoming-chartered special-purpose depository institution, which she believes should be sufficient for obtaining such an account.

Long also criticized Senator Elizabeth Warren, accusing her of continuing to "debank crypto" through what she calls "Operation Choke Point 2.0" – an active effort by the Fed and bank regulators to restrict the crypto industry's access to the traditional financial system.

Kallen emphasized that the states and federal entities share the role of governing the banking system, as per the Supreme Court, and Custodia's successful acquisition of a master account would be a significant win not only for the crypto industry but also for other entities seeking similar access.

Looking ahead, Caitlin Long has made some bold predictions about the future of Bitcoin. She believes that the cryptocurrency is poised for a "rip-roaring" bull market before the U.S. presidential election, with the fundamentals still looking strong despite the recent price dip. Long notes that Bitcoin prices have historically dropped after each halving event, as miners who couldn't afford to stay in business liquidated their holdings, but she expects a massive rally in October.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at $61,472, up 1% in the last 24 hours. Institutional investors and whales have been buying the dip, but trading volumes have dropped by 35% over the same period. Spot Bitcoin ETFs have also seen their first inflow in more than a week, with a net inflow of $31 million.
