In preparation for the forthcoming American presidential election, Trump's 2024 presidential campaign has announced that it now accepts cryptocurrency donations in various digital assets such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Binance Coin (BNB), USD Coin (USDC), Ripple (XRP), and Shiba Inu (SHIB).

As is common with opposition campaigns, cryptocurrency donations were not the only focus. The current American administration was criticized for its regulatory approach towards the crypto industry.

Emphasizing his readiness to adopt new technologies, the campaign stated, "Trump stands ready to embrace this new technology that will make America great again."

Trump supporters were encouraged to make contributions to save their nation from what was described as "Biden's failure".
