Entangle has officially launched its highly anticipated omnichain mainnet, marking a significant milestone after two years of development and successful testnet experimentation. This mainnet release introduces essential functionalities across all core elements of Entangle's design, facilitating seamless interaction between various blockchain ecosystems.

The release includes multiple key components such as the Entangle Blockchain itself, Entangle Explorer, Photon Messaging, Validators, Delegation, and e-Bridge. The architecture of the Entangle Blockchain is structured in layers, comprising the Application Layer, Modules Layer, and the Tendermint Consensus Layer. Notably, the Entangle Blockchain achieves an impressive average block time of less than 2.8 seconds, demonstrating its efficiency for diverse decentralized applications (dApps). Photon Messaging, another crucial feature, enables omnichain development across 16 EVM and non-EVM blockchains, including Solana.

With the mainnet launch, the utility of NGL, Entangle's native cryptocurrency, receives a significant boost. NGL holders now have the opportunity to stake their tokens to secure the blockchain, earn rewards, and participate in upcoming promotions within the Entangle Ecosystem. The staking process involves delegating tokens to Entangle validators and agent networks, crucial for securing the Photon Messaging system.

Currently, there are 71 validators, including well-known market leaders such as Hashkey Cloud, Rhino, Nodefi, and DaiC, with more expected to join. Approximately 25 million NGL tokens have already been staked or delegated to validators, indicating strong enthusiasm and confidence in Entangle's potential. Users can utilize the Entangle Explorer to select a validator or transmitter agent to delegate their tokens, with plans to onboard additional agents to accept delegations and stakes from users in the future.

Entangle's strategic funding from Ethereum heavyweight ConsenSys in March 2024 has further solidified its position in the market. Additionally, since March 2024, NGL tokens have been available on centralized exchanges (CEXes), contributing to increased accessibility and liquidity.
