- The innovation process: The innovation process is the sequence of steps that entrepreneurs and innovators follow to create and implement new products,

processes,

or business models. The innovation process includes stages such as problem

identification,

research,

ideation,

prototyping,

testing,

implementation,

diffusion,

etc.
