I had this friend who was always the life of the party. It was just who she was, anywhere she went she would be noticed because there were no dull moments with her.

One of the days while heading home from our weekend outing I had asked her why she derived pleasure in making people laugh.

With a smile on her face, she said "It's more blessed to give than to receive no matter how small what you're giving is."

She was right but I didn't agree with her. It's good to give but also good to receive once in a while.

In as much as it's good to give, it's also good to receive. Don't let yourself give beyond your limit. Don't let yourself constantly give out without having where you're gaining from.

Train your mind to know when to give and when not to. Train yourself to know the limit to what you can give.

Don't push yourself beyond your limit, else know what will happen.
