This license, identified as BOP237, enables HashKey Capital to offer securities and virtual asset management and advisory services to retail investors.

The Type 4 license allows HashKey Capital to provide securities and virtual asset advisory services, subject to conditions such as conducting due diligence and assessing investors' knowledge. This achievement follows the firm's recent upgrade to a Type 9 license, which enables it to manage virtual asset investment products for retail investors.

With both licenses, HashKey Capital can provide a comprehensive range of financial services, including securities and virtual asset investment research and advisory services for both retail and professional investors.

This strategic move follows the expansion of its investment-related offerings, including the launch of Bosera HashKey Bitcoin and Ether Spot ETFs. Bosera Asset Management serves as the investment manager, with HashKey Capital Limited acting as the sub-investment manager of the ETFs.
