What is the purpose of NODO Discover?

NODO Discover is a Pan-African Web3 Discovery service aimed at showcasing the best Web3 products in the continent. By Q1 2023, we will showcase over 100 products. From Q2 and beyond, we will continue to showcase high quality products in the region.

How is information aggregated and verified with NODO Discover?

All information and data stated in NODO Discover are collected by NODO through research and interviews and carefully vetted with external sources. For NODO Discover to maintain the accuracy of all information, your cooperation is highly appreciated.

How can I get my product listed on NODO Discover?

Please note that we will be allowing the public to submit their products on NODO Discover by Q2 2023. Until then, please contact us at nodo.news@emurgo.africa. Please also note that product submissions are subject to an internal review process by our team.

Questions Defined

What do “supported countries/supported languages/supported currencies/supported blockchains” etc. mean?

Please refer to the table below for exact definitions of each column. Each definition can also be found as tooltips on our NODO Discover product profile.

Supported Countries	Supported countries for the product's operations. We first list all African countries, followed by English/French as major lingua franca in the African continent.
Supported Currencies	Supported currencies for the product's operations. We first list all African currencies, followed by USD/GBP as major informal or formal mediums of currencies in the African continent. Other currencies that the product support may be excluded.
Supported Languages	Supported languages for the product's operations. We first list English/French followed by major African languages that the product is currently communicated or transalted to.
Supported Blockchains	Non-exhaustive list of major blockchains for the product's operations.
Supported Tokens	Non-exhaustive list of major tokens for the product's operations including exchange, trading, earning opportunities This includes the native token of the product as well as associated major tokens. .

I want my product to be featured on NODO News. How do I do this?

Currently, all product makers, WEB3 enthusiasts and major WEB3 African accelerators/VCs can be featured by our NODO News platform and will be subject to an internal verification process. Please contact us at nodo.news@emurgo.africa.

I would like to report a bug/inaccuracy in the NODO Discover product profile. How do I do this?

Please note that users can submit a bug or inaccuracy through our NODO Bug/Verification report form. Submissions will be responded to within 48-72 hours and subject to an internal review process. If you are a product maker that is already listed on NODO Discover, please email us at nodo.news@emurgo.africa
