Merit Circle has announced a collaboration with Saga Protocol, wherein Saga Protocol pledges to enhance Web3 infrastructure, providing game developers and the Web3 community with improved tools. Merit Circle has committed to investing $50k in the seed round as part of this partnership.

Saga Protocol offers developers easy-to-use tools to launch dedicated blockchains, simplifying the process akin to deploying smart contracts on the network. While multichain technology is seen as the future of blockchain, developers often find it complex due to sovereign chains that interact freely, hindering their vision and progress.

Saga Protocol addresses these challenges, benefiting both seasoned developers and newcomers seeking control over gas fees and their prediction, thereby scaling Web3 infrastructure effectively. Unlike some platforms promoting their native tokens, Saga Protocol allows other tokens to maintain their value, rather than being denominated into the native token.

Transaction fees are entirely removed by default, giving developers autonomy over how to monetize these charges. By offering tailored access to Web3 infrastructure, Saga Protocol empowers GameFi developers to succeed in the Play-to-Earn space.

Developers can build their games on dedicated chains, ensuring better performance at lower costs. Additionally, Saga Protocol's Inter Blockchain Communication (IBC) enables the interoperability of gaming assets across different chains, addressing concerns about asset inclusion and liquidity.

The upcoming launch of AlphaNet in the next two months is eagerly anticipated, with plans to onboard 50 projects and developers through the Saga Innovator Program. Selected participants will receive marketing support for their projects and early access to tools and documentation.
