Pavel's arrest stretches beyond 'lack of censorship in Telegram', it also extends to alleged drug trafficking, fraud, cyberbullying, and cyber crime. Thus leading to a longer detention period following the weight of the allegation.

From the reports, Pavel's detention period, counting from August 25th, will last up tp 96 hours following the judicial procedures.

To make matter worse, the Magistrate in charge of Pavel has involved the Centre for the fight against Crime, and, the Anti-fraud National Office for further investigation. Hence, it is safe to say that the chances of releasing Pavel from Detention on Tuesday is slim, as these agencies will have their time to push investigations on this matter.
