Polkadot's ecosystem is thriving due to its commitment to regular advancements and strategic collaborations. Recently, it joined forces with Founder Institute, marking a groundbreaking partnership that launches the first Web3 cohort in its Core Program. This collaboration is set to revolutionize the landscape of startup acceleration and Web3 technology education.

The program launch is scheduled for May 28, led by top experts from the Polkadot community. Additionally, Polkadot activated the Asynchronous Backing process, increasing scalability and efficiency. Blocks are now produced twice as fast, with a 6-10 times increase in block space. This upgrade enables Web3 applications in sectors like gaming and DeFi, bringing Web2 scale to Web3.

Polkadot is also seeking external partnerships, including a potential $8.8 million sponsorship deal with Inter Miami, co-founded by David Beckham and featuring stars like Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez. Previously, Nico Zini, Polkadot's commercial director, considered a deal with FC Barcelona but chose Spotify instead.

Some of Polkadot's parachain networks have made progress as well. Acala Network completed the Sina Upgrade, enhancing security, community governance, and user experience. Moonbeam Network launched the Odyssey Program Trials, emphasizing community engagement through events and educational initiatives. Anyone can participate and become an Odyssey Pioneer by testing their skills and abilities.
