Shitcoin has been used to refer to any cryptocurrency with little to no value or a coin that has no Use-Case/roadmaps, usually characterized by plenty zeros worth less than a penny .Their prices movements are based on speculation.

But regardless of frequent scams ( rugs, honeypots) and low liquidity in shitcoin pairs, SHITCOINS are still ALTCOINS.

As we saw in the popular movie "wolf of Wall Street" Jordan Belfort the protagonist lost his job and proceeds to get a new job in a low reputable firm that deals with pink sheet stocks (penny stocks) which gives him a 50% Commission on each trade.

The director of the firm told him most of their clients are painters, carpenters and all sort of artisans as rich people don't buy penny stocks.

This is also true to some extent in real life scenarios rich people prefer buying bitcoin and other blue chip stocks to SHITCOINS because of their creation level and people involved.

SHITCOINS gives easily 100x in days and u can lose the investment also in a few days.

Shitcoins are characterized by short-term price increases followed by nosedives caused by investors who mainly want to capitalize on short-term gains.
They don't have any reputable platforms listings.

And usually have low Market cap, which can make an investor with large funds easy manipulate price increase by buying an extremely high amount of it, to increase the price.

-They usually have so many decimals, they a worth a very few penny per token. A billion token could worth just $10.

HOW TO SAFELY TRADE SHITCOINS.
Trading shit coins is an extremely hard bridge to jump because you can never be to sure but by doing due diligence and following the right steps, you could make it safer.

1. Invest what you can afford to loose. Loosing money isn't really the goal of investing but when it comes to shitcoins one cannot be to sure.
So it's fair to invest a little percentage of one's capital

2. Be early
Since Shitcoins are usually characterized by low Market capital, it's better to invest early before others, so subsequently when more funds start flowing into the project, your investment is already percentage up.

3. Take profit
Taking profits is very important when investing into Shitcoins, It is good to take percentage of profit and secures on capital in a Shitcoin investment after their is rally increase in price level.

4. Scan and verify contract before investing, make sure the project is void of being a rug-pull or honeypot.
Rug pull is when liquidity is removed from an asset
While honeypot is when you buy and asset and you're unable to sell.
