Expert opinions, such as that of Marek Drimal from Societe Generale, mentioned President Fatih Karahan's focus on controlling inflation and building reserves. This led to a prediction that the Central Bank would keep things as they are. Drimal also suggested that the lira could gain appeal throughout the year and noted the Bank's dedication to its objectives.

Deutsche Bank, which correctly predicted the interest rate adjustment last month, now anticipates a consistent policy stance. Economists Yiğit Onay and Christian Wietoska believe that the Bank will take a cautious approach of observing the effects of previous tightening measures on domestic demand and inflation.

The Central Bank's decision on interest rates matched expectations, leading to the USD/TL exchange rate being at 32.53 TL. The announcement indicates stability in monetary policy for the time being.
