Recent commitments to this initiative include the US Department of Education's Raise the Bar program, IBM's Skillsbuild initiative, and the European Roundtable for Industry's R4E project. These endeavors collectively aim to reskill millions of individuals, with a keen emphasis on marginalized communities and the promotion of inclusivity in the workforce.

The initiative's global footprint is expanding, with the Philippines, Vietnam, and Qatar joining 20 other Country Accelerators. These collaborative efforts are tailored to the unique needs of each nation, with a concerted focus on enhancing the employability of their citizens through customized education and skill development programs.

Initiatives such as the Good Work Alliance, comprising 21 companies, strive to foster favorable working conditions for approximately 2.5 million workers. The Refugee Employment Alliance, co-chaired by UNHCR and Ingka Group, has made substantial strides, facilitating the employment of over 54,000 refugees in the past two years, with a commitment to hire an additional 125,000 by 2027.

Additionally, the World Economic Forum's Jobs Initiative, endorsed by CEO and Ministerial members of the Jobs Consortium, aims to formulate Generative AI-driven job augmentation and transition strategies by 2024.
