Peer to Peer Escrow System: Bitmama P2P operates an escrow payment system, where the seller's crypto is held and only released to the buyer after payment is confirmed. This ensures trust, safety, and security while trading.

Simple Trading Process: The trading process is quite simple. Once the buyer sends fiat, the seller releases the coin to the buyer, allowing users to start trading as soon as they complete a few easy steps.

KYC and 2FA Protection: Bitmama P2P requires users to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) protection for their accounts, ensuring account authenticity and protection.

Depositing and Withdrawing Crypto: Depositing and withdrawing crypto is easy and straightforward. Users can deposit their crypto by logging in to their Bitmama mobile or web app, selecting the crypto wallet section, and clicking on deposit. Similarly, users can withdraw their crypto by selecting the crypto wallet section and clicking on withdraw.

Trading Fees: The trading fee on Bitmama P2P is 0.8%, and it is paid by the taker.

Bitmama BCPL Loans

Bitmama offers a buy crypto pay later (BCPL) product that allows users to buy BTC, ETH, and CELO without cash in their wallet upfront. The loans have a loan period of 30 days or more and an interest rate of 15% per month. Users who secure loans can also use the suite of products, including crypto cards, bill and airtime payment with crypto, and more.

Creditworthiness and Limits: The user's creditworthiness with Bitmama is built over time as they repay their loan on time. A creditworthy user will then have their limit increased, while users who do not pay back on time will have their limits lowered. BCPL loans cannot leave the platform until they are paid back and can only be used to purchase crypto on the platform. Users can only view their account performance.
