About The Mentorship Program

The program is a 4-month intensive bootcamp designed to train skilled designers, engineers, and managers. The comprehensive program spans across four different phases, offering mentees a transformative learning experience that prepares them for success in the world of blockchain. By providing access to high-quality mentorship, resources and practical experience, this program is paving the way for more women to take center stage in Web3.

Throughout the program, mentees have the opportunity to attend live classes and weekly workshops under the guidance of experienced on-ground mentors. These workshops delve into in-depth sessions on specific blockchain topics, delivered by industry experts and seasoned professionals, ensuring that mentees receive top-notch education and hands-on training.

Mentorship Tracks

Whether it's delving into smart contract development, mastering UI/UX design, understanding product management or honing web development skills, mentees are equipped with the tools they need to thrive in their chosen areas of expertise. Tracks are categorized into Web3 and Web2, with the latter curated to serve as a pipeline for the coveted Web3 track.
