The plan, dubbed the "Artificial Superintelligence Alliance," aims to establish the largest open-source, independent powerhouse in the AI research and development realm.

The proposal, still subject to governance approval from each community, envisions combining the projects' existing tokens into a new crypto asset dubbed Artificial Superintelligence (ASI). If ratified, this tokenomic union would boast a fully diluted value of $7.5 billion based on current prices.

Unsurprisingly, the whispers of this historic merger have already triggered a frenzy in the crypto markets. Fetch.ai's FET token surged 15%, while SingularityNET's AGIX saw a 12% upswing over the past 24 hours. But it's Ocean Protocol's OCEAN that has stolen the limelight, skyrocketing by an eye-popping 36% amidst the merger buzz.

The teams at the helm assert that this bold initiative is a strategic play to capitalize on the meteoric rise of AI and the burgeoning growth trajectories of their respective projects.
