The Superintelligence consortium's primary reserve currency is $EFT, but it will undergo a name change to $ASI pending government approval. Ocean Protocol, Fetch.ai, and SingularityNET are set to propose this change to relevant government authorities.

Upon approval, the Artificial Superintelligence consortium's token can be exchanged for $EFT at a 1:1 rate. Ocean Protocol will convert $OCEAN tokens to $ASI, and $AGIX tokens will also be exchanged for $ASI at a predetermined rate. This transition promises to introduce a novel market value based on the merged tokens.

The Superintelligence consortium, valued at $7.5 billion with 2.631 billion tokens, currently designates $EFT as its official currency. However, this will transition to $ASI, starting with $EFT as the default token.

Presently, $EFT holders need not take any action. The consortium will engage with the crypto community upon the announcement's release. Token merging will be the initial step after establishing a migration structure, with $EFT retaining its role as the consortium's reserve currency, rebranded as "$ASI: Artificial Superintelligence."

Holdings of $OCEAN and $AGIX require no action from holders, as the exchange rates between $EFT, $OCEAN, $AGIX, and $ASI are fixed indefinitely, allowing users to swap tokens at their convenience.

Crypto exchanges will automatically rebrand $EFT tokens as $ASI, streamlining the conversion process for investors. The consortium will collaborate with exchanges to ensure seamless conversions for investors' holdings of $OCEAN and $AGIX.

Token holders with offline or hard wallets will soon have the option to utilize the token swap system to exchange $AGIX and $OCEAN for $ASI. This feature will be accessible in the coming weeks and indefinitely thereafter.

The swap mechanism eliminates FX and exchange risks for stakers. While the swap contract has undergone successful testing and auditing, the consortium plans to conduct further examinations and consultations with partners, marking the initial step toward widespread data and artificial intelligence services commercialization.
