While Nvidia's first-quarter revenue witnessed a substantial 18% increase from Q4 2023 and a remarkable 262% surge from the same quarter last year, reaching $26 billion and surpassing analyst predictions by approximately 5.6%, several major AI crypto tokens have not mirrored Nvidia's upward trend and have faced declines over the past week.

Tokens like Render (RNDR), Fetch.ai (FET), and SingularityNET (AGIX) have seen respective decreases of 8.14%, 11.39%, and 11.19% in the last seven days according to CoinMarketCap. Despite the current divergence in performance, some crypto traders speculate that a potential downturn in Nvidia's stock price could lead to a shift in sentiment that might impact AI crypto tokens positively.

Investment strategist Lyn Alden highlighted on May 25 that Nvidia has outperformed Bitcoin over the past decade, while trading resource The Kobeissi Letter noted that a $10,000 investment in Nvidia in 1999 would have grown to "worth $25.3 million" by May 24. However, opinions within the crypto community suggest that Nvidia may not replicate the same level of gains as Bitcoin in the next decade, with Swan Bitcoin CEO Cory Klippsten asserting a "near zero chance of Nvidia outperforming Bitcoin over the next 10 years."
