The ARK 21Shares Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) showcased impressive performance on Wednesday, achieving record-breaking inflows of $201.8 million. This remarkable surge represented nearly a five-fold increase compared to its usual daily inflows, coinciding with Bitcoin's ascent towards the $72,000 threshold.

Initial data from Farside Investors indicated that on March 27, the inflow into the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF was four times higher than its average daily inflow of $43.9 million since its launch in January. This also marked a significant rise from the previous day's inflow of $73.6 million, with no inflows recorded on March 25.

Among other Bitcoin ETFs, Valkyrie Bitcoin ETF reported inflows of $5.1 million, while Invesco Galaxy Bitcoin ETF and Franklin Bitcoin ETF recorded $4.8 million and $4 million respectively. VanEck Bitcoin ETF witnessed a notably lower figure of $1.9 million.

Additionally, WisdomTree Bitcoin ETF and Fidelity Investments Bitcoin ETF both registered inflows of $1.5 million each. Although these amounts pale in comparison to the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF, they still indicate investor interest in Bitcoin ETFs, with ongoing monitoring for data from BlackRock.

Bitcoin's price rally reached a pinnacle of $71,670 before experiencing a minor setback, dipping below $69,000 and ultimately closing at $69,698. Currently, its value hovers around $69,464.

Many crypto experts argue that investors tend to focus excessively on Bitcoin's short-term price fluctuations rather than considering its long-term implications. Crypto researcher Gumshoe highlighted on March 28 that numerous investors are overly fixated on daily price changes, overlooking the significant influx of funds into Bitcoin.

Matt Hougan, chief investment officer at Bitwise, emphasized on March 27 that the UK's Financial Conduct Authority's stance on crypto poses challenges for many professional investors looking to invest in Bitcoin ETFs, but anticipates changes in the coming years.

Crypto commentator Bitcoin Munger predicted that the next $13 billion of inflows could potentially drive Bitcoin's price much higher, potentially adding $50K-$70K or more to its value.
