Investors had a mixed experience with AVAX, the native token of the Avalanche protocol, in March. Before falling by 18.44% over the previous two weeks, the altcoin first increased by over 64% to trade above $65 for the first time since May 2022.

It should come as no surprise that both investors and industry professionals have expressed great interest in AVAX's price movement. Rekt Capital, a well-known crypto analyst on X, has notably cautioned against panicking, saying the altcoin's recent dip may actually be advantageous for investors.

AVAX is now trading in the $52-$54 range, but according to Rekt Capital, the altcoin will soon reach $44–$49, which is where it reached its best price points in December 2023. Rekt Capital anticipates that as soon as the token moves into this price range, it will find support and start to rise again, returning to the $65–$70 range.

But the expert technical analysis showed that AVAX might drop much lower to about $32.66, indicating a potential price decrease of 39.62% and 49.9% from the coin's current price and its peak price in March, respectively, in the face of strong bearish pressure.

Rekt Capital predicts that AVAX, which is currently trading in the $52-$54 region, will shortly hit $44–$49, which is where it hit its peak price points in December 2023. As soon as the token enters this price level, Rekt Capital believes it will find support and begin to rise once more, eventually returning to the $65–$70 region.

However, in the face of significant negative pressure, the professional technical analysis indicated that AVAX would drop significantly lower to roughly $32.66, suggesting a potential price decline of 39.62% and 49.9% from the coin's current price and its high price in March, respectively.
