ZachXBT's findings are concerning: within just a month, 12 Solana meme coin presales went dark, leaving behind over 180,650 SOL ($26.7M). Despite raising significant funds – over 796,000 SOL ($149.2M) from 33 presales – many projects failed to deliver, leaving investors high and dry. ZachXBT warned against involvement in such projects and urged others to steer clear.

One prime example is the URF meme coin, backed by influencer Bryce Hall, which raised about 2400 SOL ($450K) in its presale before vanishing within 24 hours of launch. Instead of fulfilling promises, the team used the funds for meme coin trading, compounding investor losses. Solana co-founders Raj Gokal and Anatoly Yakovenko echoed these warnings, cautioning against random Solana meme coin presales.
