Bitcoin enthusiast Michael Saylor has once again made a highly optimistic prediction about Bitcoin's price. Speaking at a recent event in Prague, Saylor forecasted that Bitcoin could reach up to $8 million per coin, drawing significant attention from the crypto community. This prediction coincides with MicroStrategy's announcement of plans to increase its Bitcoin holdings.

**Saylor’s Bold Prediction at Prague Event**

At the Prague event, Saylor shared his early experiences with Bitcoin. Initially skeptical, he dismissed Bitcoin in 2013 when it was trading at $892, only to buy in later at $9,500. Saylor emphasized that Bitcoin is akin to digital gold and the only asset free from government control. He pointed out that despite Bitcoin's growth, many investors remain hesitant, potentially missing out on significant gains if Bitcoin hits $8 million.

**Feasibility of $8 Million per Bitcoin**

Though an $8 million price tag may seem unrealistic, Saylor and some analysts believe in Bitcoin's potential for exponential growth. Currently trading at $66,000, reaching $8 million would require a 12,000% increase, pushing its market cap to about $168 trillion. This scenario hinges on widespread adoption and institutional interest, which is gradually rising due to Spot Bitcoin ETFs.

MicroStrategy, Saylor’s company, is at the forefront of Bitcoin adoption, holding about 1% of its circulating supply. Recently, MicroStrategy disclosed plans to sell $700 million in convertible notes to buy more Bitcoin, reinforcing its commitment to the cryptocurrency.
