In the latest development within the Cardano ecosystem, founder Charles Hoskinson has proposed the potential partnership of Bitcoin Cash with the Cardano network. The proposition, posted on X, previously known as Twitter, requested the community to partake in a voting process regarding the integration of Bitcoin Cash into what is termed as a Cardano Partnerchain.

The proposed inclusion of Bitcoin Cash into the Cardano Partnerchain would bring forth new elements such as Proof of Work Leios, NiPoPoWs, and Ergo technology. As the vote count steadily increased, amassing over 11,000 participants, a majority, comprising 66% of the voters, expressed their support for the integration.

Contrary to the majority stance, 34% of the voters displayed resistance towards the proposal. One respondent articulated the belief that leveraging Ergo would be a more suitable option instead. Additionally, a commentator with the handle @matudavis opined that Bitcoin Cash signifies a pursuit of a fading technology, contrasting significantly with the values associated with Cardano.

Among the respondents, @Bryant_Austin_ intriguingly expressed support for the proposal while emphasizing the potential of channeling energy and support towards the Ergo smart contract platform. The general sentiment among those in favor of the proposal leans towards the belief that Ergo presents a more seamless and fitting integration compared to Bitcoin Cash.
