Ark Invest's Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) faced its largest outflow ever, with $87.5 million leaving the 21Shares ARKB fund in a single day, marking a significant event since its establishment.

The outflow from Ark Invest's Bitcoin ETF exceeded that of Grayscale's GBTC, which saw $81.9 million exiting on the same day. Interestingly, ARKB had its first net outflows since its launch just the day before. Despite recent outflows, the fund has accumulated $2.2 billion in net inflows overall.

In contrast, BlackRock's IBIT saw the highest net inflow at $150.5 million, with Fidelity's fund following closely with an addition of $44.8 million to its managed assets. VanEck and Bitwise spot ETFs also saw inflows ranging from three to five million dollars.

The collective net inflows for the 11 US spot Bitcoin ETFs amounted to around $39.47 million, indicating a varied market sentiment. The upcoming Bitcoin halving event, scheduled for later this month, continues to influence market expectations.

Justin d'Anethan, Keyrock's head of APAC business development, highlighted the historical patterns of halving events leading to short-term declines followed by extended upward trends. Mark Yusko, CEO of Morgan Creek Capital Management, expressed confidence in Bitcoin's future, foreseeing a value of $150,000 by year-end, driven by growing investor interest and potential FOMO.
