Michael Saylor, founder and executive chairman of MicroStrategy, took to the X social media platform (formerly known as Twitter) to send a Bitcoin-themed message to the global BTC community. This came as Bitcoin strives to maintain its position above the $71,000 level, a price point it has fluctuated around over the past few days.

MicroStrategy stands out as the only company consistently purchasing Bitcoin since August 2020 and publicly discussing its strategy. Over the past few years, the company has raised investor funds to buy even more BTC. Currently, MicroStrategy holds 214,400 Bitcoins on its balance sheet, valued at roughly $7.538 billion. Saylor’s enterprise continues to accumulate BTC.

As his company embraced this Bitcoin purchasing strategy, Saylor began posting several daily short tweets about BTC, often accompanied by AI-generated images. Today's tweet from Saylor was succinct but seemed to be a bullish call to the Bitcoin community: “HODL.”

At the time of this writing, Bitcoin is trading close to $71,500.

Earlier today, prominent investor and author of the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” Robert Kiyosaki, tweeted a mega-bullish Bitcoin price prediction. He stated that he expects Bitcoin to reach as high as $350,000 by August 25 this year. However, he clarified that this is "only a prediction" and that he hopes it comes true. Kiyosaki added that he continues to hold not only more Bitcoin but also more Ethereum and Solana. His reason for buying these altcoins is not based on their potential but due to his lack of trust in the U.S. government, the Federal Reserve, and their fiscal policies.

Crypto trader and analyst Willy Woo expressed skepticism about Kiyosaki's prediction. He commented: “I suppose if you happen to have a spare 2.2 trillion dollars lying around to buy BTC before 25th August, I guess you could make it happen,” indicating the unlikelihood of such a rapid price increase within the stated timeframe.
