Bitget, a cryptocurrency exchange, has launched a new leadership initiative in Europe named the “Bitget COO Apprentice” program. This program is designed to provide young individuals with the opportunity to work alongside Bitget's top executives and gain practical experience in the Web3 industry.

The program falls under Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth project, aiming to offer participants a comprehensive understanding of the Web3 landscape.

Participants in the Bitget COO Apprentice Program will be mentored by key executives, including Chief Operating Officer Vugar Usi Zade, to enhance their knowledge and skills in the ever-evolving Web3 realm.

The initiative also exposes them to the dynamics of operating in a remote, worldwide corporate setting.

Ambitious young people with a passion for Web3 and blockchain technology are encouraged to apply for the Bitget COO Apprentice Program.

The top three apprentices selected will receive a fully-funded mentoring trip to Dubai with the company’s COO, granting them access to valuable industry insights and networking opportunities.

Vugar Usi Zade, the COO of Bitget, expressed that the program provides graduates with an opportunity to learn from experts, gain practical experience, and prepare for impactful roles in the crypto industry.

He believes the program serves as a platform for aspiring individuals to leave their mark on the digital finance revolution.

Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative, initiated in May 2023 with a $10 million investment over five years, aims to nurture talent and promote innovation in the Web3 sphere.

A survey commissioned by the exchange reveals that Millennials and Gen Z are pivotal in shaping a crypto-friendly future, with Millennials comprising 46% of crypto enthusiasts.

The launch of the COO Apprentice Program aligns with Bitget’s mission to immerse participants in the world of Web3 and groom them as future leaders in the blockchain sector.

This initiative showcases Bitget’s dedication to nurturing the upcoming generation of Web3 leaders and propelling the advancement of the digital finance revolution.
