BlackRock and Fidelity Investment's new Bitcoin ETFs - IBIT and FBTC - have quickly become their most popular funds after less than 50 days on the market. Data from Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas shows that these funds have outperformed the wider ETF market, indicating a growing interest in Bitcoin among traditional financial institutions.

IBIT and FBTC have attracted more investments than any other ETF offered by their respective companies since their launch in January. IBIT alone made up over half of BlackRock's net inflows for the year, while FBTC accounted for 70% of Fidelity's year-to-date flows. Their success highlights the significant role these funds play in attracting investor capital.

Both ETFs have managed to secure cash inflows for 49 consecutive days, a rare achievement in the ETF market. This places them fourth among active streaks, behind only a few other funds.

Despite recent downturns in the market, ETF investors have continued to support IBIT and FBTC, contradicting the idea that they withdraw during market dips. Historical data also shows that ETF investors have remained resilient during challenging market conditions, further highlighting their strategic patience and confidence in their investment choices.
