ZachXBT, a renowned blockchain investigator, has leveled accusations against Floyd Mayweather, alleging his connection to multiple token scams. Mayweather, a former boxing world champion, has a history of involvement in fraudulent token activities, from lawsuits to court settlements. ZachXBT took to social media to call out Mayweather's purported involvement in a new fraudulent token scheme.

"Some things never change with scamming your fans," ZachXBT remarked, highlighting Mayweather's alleged pattern of engaging in deceptive practices.

Mayweather recently introduced a new token named FLOYD and initially promoted it across his social media platforms. However, he later deleted his promotional tweet, raising concerns among investors who had already purchased the token. ZachXBT emphasized that Mayweather has previously profited "tens of millions" from various cryptocurrency ventures, including Mayweverse, Ethereum Max, Bored Bunny, Real Floyd NFT, and Moonshot.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged Mayweather in 2022 for failing to disclose payments received for promoting three Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), including a $100,000 payment from Centra Tech. The SEC alleged that Mayweather used his Twitter platform to encourage followers to participate in Centra's ICO, without disclosing his financial interests.

In 2018, Mayweather was fined over $600,000 for unlawfully promoting coin offerings. Investors have suffered substantial financial losses due to Mayweather's association with fraudulent projects, including Centra Tech ICO, EthereumMax (EMAX) coin, Bored Bunny NFTs, Floyd’s World, and FLOYD token. These projects were identified as "rug pulls," where creators withdrew liquidity abruptly, leaving investors with worthless tokens.

Mayweather's repeated involvement in such projects has had devastating consequences for many individuals, underscoring the risks associated with celebrity endorsements in the cryptocurrency space.
