Initially set to allow each validator to produce one consecutive block per epoch, this setting can be adjusted through governance approval to between 1 and 9 blocks (excluding 2). Addressing the critical issue of MEV abuse, BEP-341 introduces mechanisms to mitigate risks. It includes a parameter that increases transaction fees linearly with block numbers, capped by the systemRewardAntiMEVRatio.
