Bracebridge Capital, a renowned hedge fund managing the endowments of Yale University and Princeton University, has emerged as the leading holder of Ark Invest’s ARKB and BlackRock’s IBIT spot bitcoin ETFs, according to its latest SEC filing.

In a recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) dated May 10, Boston-based Bracebridge Capital disclosed significant holdings in multiple bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The firm reported owning 4,327,380 shares in Ark Invest's ARKB, 2,486,750 shares in BlackRock's IBIT, and 419,910 shares in Grayscale's GBTC. These holdings were valued at approximately $307.2 million, $100.6 million, and $26.5 million, respectively, as of March 31.

The 13F filings, which are quarterly reports submitted by institutional investment managers with at least $100 million in equity assets under management, offer a glimpse into the stock holdings of these managers at the end of each quarter.
