The era of unchallenged United States dominance in global affairs appears to be waning, signaling a significant shift in the international power structure. Subramaniam Jaishankar, India’s Minister of External Affairs and a key member of BRICS, highlighted in an interview with the Press Trust of India (PTI) agency that the United States has altered its approach to global leadership. Jaishankar noted that Washington has transitioned from a stance of all-encompassing control to a more targeted and responsible engagement in global events, marking a notable evolution in their foreign policy strategy.

Jaishankar emphasized that regional issues are now being managed by the respective countries themselves, without heavy-handed interference from traditional superpowers.
