Despite recent market challenges, Chainlink (LINK) may be on the verge of a significant comeback, according to cryptocurrency expert Michael van de Poppe.

Van de Poppe has forecasted a possible 150% increase for LINK in the second half of the year, noting the formation of a bullish weekly candle. He pointed out that Chainlink typically experiences a price bottom around May or June, followed by a robust upward trend in the latter part of the year - a pattern observed in previous years.

Adding to the positive outlook, the recent integration of Chainlink by zenGate has enhanced blockchain-based trade finance with increased transparency and on-chain traceability. This development further strengthens Chainlink's position in the cryptocurrency market.

However, the cryptocurrency market has been challenging for Chainlink this month, with the token's price declining by over 4% today. Despite its current market cap of $8.13 billion, placing it among the top 15 cryptocurrencies, LINK has yet to surpass its all-time high of $52.88.

Nonetheless, the potential for a significant rally in the coming months, as suggested by Van de Poppe's analysis, offers hope for Chainlink investors. The token's ability to bounce back from market downturns and deliver substantial gains in the latter part of the year has been a recurring pattern, potentially signaling a promising future for the decentralized oracle network.
