Intersect, a member-driven organization dedicated to ensuring the sustainability and growth of the Cardano ecosystem, is seeking applications from members of the Cardano community to join the Interim Constitutional Committee (ICC). Comprising seven individuals, the ICC will oversee the interim constitution during the community's transition to the Chang upgrade.

The period between the interim and final phases, which commences after the Chang upgrade, marks the initial stage of technical governance bootstrapping, involving the integration of DReps and other stakeholders on the chain. This phase encompasses the establishment of the constitution and is slated for completion in early 2025 with the adoption of the final on-chain constitution version.
