This remarkable trend marks the third consecutive week of inflows, with the majority of investments flowing into bitcoin exchange-traded products (ETPs). Notably, last week witnessed an influx of $1.01 billion into bitcoin ETPs, indicating a shift towards positive sentiment among investors despite recent price fluctuations. CoinShares attributes this optimism to the interpretation of recent macroeconomic indicators and the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) minutes as moderately dovish.

The approval of ether exchange-traded funds in the United States has also played a significant role in bolstering investor confidence. Ethereum experienced an influx of $36 million for the week, reflecting investor optimism surrounding this development.

Rising cryptocurrency prices have contributed to the overall growth of digital asset ETPs, which now stand at $98.5 billion in total value. Additionally, weekly trading volumes for ETPs have surged by 28% to $13.6 billion, indicating increased market activity and liquidity.

While the majority of inflows were observed in the U.S., notable contributions also came from Germany and Switzerland. However, Hong Kong spot bitcoin ETFs experienced outflows of $29 million, contrasting with the overall positive trend observed in other regions.

Grayscale, a prominent player in the digital asset investment space, witnessed a significant decrease in outflows, with only $15 million recorded for the week. This marked reduction in outflows suggests a stabilizing trend in investor sentiment towards digital asset investment products.
