Go beyond airdrops, learn and build technical skills in the web3/blockchain space, if you are interested in it.

Now, "technical skills" do not necessarily mean you have to learn programming and become a web3 developer. What I am saying is; learn how web3 technologies work - there's a lot of educational content on YouTube, and platforms like Cyfrin Updraft, Alchemy University, Learnweb3.

If you like design, learn how the UI/UX of web3 products are created, practice and you can build a career as a web3 UI/UX Designer.

Do you like writing? learn technical documentation, and write articles, that clearly explain how the web3 protocols work - their consensus mechanisms, zero-knowledge, L1, L2, &L3 - you can become a web3 technical writer.

There's also social media, community management, developer relations, - great careers you can build!

Do a self-assessment, be self-aware, find what interests you, create time to learn, and be the best you can be!
