Under these agreements, Core Scientific will furnish approximately 200 megawatts of infrastructure to support CoreWeave's NVIDIA GPU operations for AI training, marking a significant shift in focus towards machine learning capabilities.

Infrastructure modifications to accommodate CoreWeave's AI training operations are slated to commence in the second half of 2024, with full operational capability expected by the first half of 2025.
