Announcing the release on the X platform, Ronaldo invited fans to register for the event starting on May 29. The new collection will be available on the Binance NFT Marketplace, featuring NFTs at fixed prices except for the "Super Rare NFT." However, Ronaldo's partnership with Binance has faced challenges. In November 2023, he was named in a class action lawsuit in a federal district court in Florida, accused of participating in the sale and promotion of unregistered securities alongside Binance. Plaintiffs argue that Ronaldo should have been aware of the illegality of these actions.

Additionally, Ronaldo is facing another lawsuit from three investors who claim he promoted unregistered securities on the Binance platform, leading to significant financial losses. These investors are seeking $1 billion in damages, highlighting the increasing scrutiny on celebrity endorsements in the cryptocurrency and NFT sectors.

Despite these legal issues, Ronaldo remains active in the NFT market. His previous collections have garnered significant attention and engagement, particularly due to the exclusive experiences offered to NFT holders.
