The bulk of these transactions were attributed to the sale of CryptoPunk 741, which fetched close to US$800,000 at the Larva Labs marketplace. Notably, this NFT had its last on-chain sale a significant seven years ago, merely fetching US$400 back then. Riding on this recent momentum, CryptoPunk 741 managed to secure its position as the eighth most valuable asset within the CryptoPunks collection.

Following closely in the rankings was DMarket, a platform operating on the Mythos Chain tailored for Web3 gaming applications. DMarket showcased robust buyer engagement with a daily sales figure of US$945,383, marking the third consecutive day where sales surpassed the US$900,000 milestone. This record-breaking performance came in the wake of a monthly peak of over US$970,000 just a few days ago, further cementing DMarket's position as a major player in the NFT market.

NodeMonkes, an established leader in Bitcoin-themed collections, secured the third spot on the sales leaderboard with transactions amounting to US$565,277, a slight decrease from the previous day's US$1.21 million. Meanwhile, outside the top tier, Pudgy Penguins recorded a daily sales volume of US$473,136, closely followed by $CORE BRC-20 NFTs at US$450,912.

Venturing into other notable entries, Solana Monkey Business on the Solana blockchain boasted sales of US$429,598, securing the sixth position for the day. This was followed by $LTC+ BRC-20 NFTs, Mad Lads, and $π BRC-20 NFTs in subsequent rankings, showcasing the diverse range of assets making waves in the evolving NFT market.

The sales momentum exhibited on Sunday propelled the Ethereum blockchain, where the esteemed CryptoPunks collection resides, to the forefront of blockchain rankings for NFT transactions. The network recorded a total sales volume of US$5.24 million, marking a notable 25.6% increase from the previous day's figure of US$4.17 million. In comparison, the Bitcoin blockchain reported US$5.08 million in daily sales, trailing behind Ethereum, while Solana secured its standing with US$2.67 million in transactions, highlighting a vibrant ecosystem of NFT activity across various blockchain networks.
