MakerDAO recently shared updates on how their platform is performing after making some changes. They introduced the Accelerated Proposal and the direct deposit module (D3M) to Spark’s Metamorpho Vault, which had a significant impact on the ecosystem.

The circulation of DAI has almost reached 5 billion, showing an increase of about 300 million in the last month. This growth indicates a high demand for the stablecoin. The Dai Savings Rate has also gone up significantly after the Accelerated Proposal was implemented.

Approximately 1.54 billion DAI is stored in the Dai Savings Rate, with around 976 million DAI being sDAI. The total value locked in the Maker Protocol is around $8.4 billion, thanks to the strategic implementations in D3M modules and integration of various collaterals.

The Morpho DM3 has become an essential part of the MakerDAO ecosystem, generating an estimated 50 million in annual income for the protocol. It plays a crucial role in sustaining the Maker Protocol.

One of the noteworthy vault types within the MakerDAO ecosystem is the ETH-C vault, which holds about $1.88 billion in crypto collateral and generates approximately $43 million in annual fees. The Spark D3M, with approximately 970 million DAI, is expected to earn around 28 million annually.

Despite a decline in the MKR token's price, MakerDAO's market capitalization has seen a 28% increase in the last 30 days. The trading volume for the MKR token has also surged, reaching $5.9 billion, marking a 119% increase over the same period.
