On May 1st, Arkham shared on social media platform X that Trump's portfolio includes several memecoins sent to him via airdrop. Arkham's team noted:

"Donald Trump holds 8 different memecoin projects. These were given to him for free by various developers; he didn't buy them."

Trump’s conviction, the first for a former US president, has significantly divided the nation. After the verdict, Trump’s campaign raised about $53 million within 24 hours on May 31st. His campaign has also started accepting crypto donations through Coinbase Commerce.
