SK Planet’s subsidiary, Dreamus, has revealed its adoption of Avalanche to enhance the ticketing experience for its users. The objective is to introduce blockchain-based tickets to OK Cashbag's customer base of 21 million.

By leveraging Avalanche, Dreamus aims to enhance the ticketing experience for its customers and expand its market share in South Korea's ticketing industry, valued at around $230 million. Events such as musicals, sports, and fan meetups will offer tickets through OK Cashbag, utilizing Avalanche's blockchain technology.

Recent events that have already utilized this facility include The Phantom of the Opera Musical and the Seoul Jazz Festival 2023.

SK Planet and Dreamus seek to drive innovation with their Blockchain Ticket Total Solution Service. Avalanche will address issues such as scalping, abuse of the secondary market, facilitating convenient digital transactions, and combating counterfeit tickets.

This collaboration showcases the effectiveness of the UPTN Subnet's design, which will integrate into the OK Cashbag ecosystem. Additionally, AVAX, the native token of Avalanche, has seen a 2.72% increase in trading price over the last 5 days, reaching $9.76. Avalanche's projections suggest the token could reach $15.01 by year-end and potentially trade at $36.46 under favorable conditions.

Looking ahead, Dreamus and SK Planet plan to launch their secondary marketplace and introduce more features to the ticketing platform.
