They also confirmed that EOF would not be tested on Devnet 1 and that its implementation would be rebuilt based on the latest Pectra specifications. The team emphasized the importance of finalizing the design of EIP 7702 and suggested further discussions to reach a consensus.

The EOF update was also discussed, with the team planning to test the EOF implementation after the Pectra code changes. The EL client team is tracking the EOF preparation status on GitHub, and some teams have already implemented all EOF EIPs. The Erigon team suggested adding EOF transaction test cases, and the EF test team is releasing more EOF tests. The EOF meeting has been changed to once every two weeks, as the specifications have been determined and the focus has shifted to testing and client implementation.

The PeerDAS development network is expected to go live in the next one to two weeks, based on the Dencun specifications rather than Pectra. Tim Beiko shared a proposal template for an EIP discussion thread, and Parithosh Jayanthi highlighted a new GitHub page called 'eth-clients', which provides configurations for the Ethereum mainnet and testnet. Finally, Beiko reminded all teams that the next ACDE phone meeting will be held on July 4th.

Overall, the meeting showed that the Ethereum core developers are making progress on various code changes and implementations. They are working together to finalize the design of EIP 7702 and to test and implement EOF.
