Exodus Movement, a prominent crypto wallet developer, has announced the postponement of its Class A common stock listing on the NYSE American, citing the need for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to finalize its review of the company's registration statement. Originally slated to commence trading on the small cap equity platform on Thursday, the delay underscores the regulatory complexities inherent in the crypto space.

CEO JP Richardson expressed surprise and confusion regarding the last-minute decision, emphasizing Exodus' commitment to transparency and responsiveness throughout the process.
