Recently, Grayscale filed a registration statement for the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust (proposed ticker symbol "ETH") and an Information Statement outlining how the existing Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) would seed the new mini-trust. This strategic move by Grayscale aims to mitigate potential outflows and maintain investor confidence in the company's Ethereum-related offerings.

Grayscale anticipates a net positive impact on current ETHE shareholders, ensuring that they can maintain exposure to Ethereum while benefiting from lower fees averaged across both the existing ETHE and the newly introduced Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust.
